Darla Phillips RN, MSN, CCTC

Darla Phillips, RN, MSN, CCTC is the Clinical Operations Director for the Duke Transplant Center. She has held multiple clinical roles to the care of transplant patients including Clinical Staff Nurse III, Clinical Nurse Educator & Liver Transplant Coordinator. Darla transitioned to and administrative leadership position in 2006 to support QAPI and initiated the development of Transplant Center specific policies. Her current role focuses on the day to day clinical operations for the Duke Transplant Center including collaboration with the director of compliance and Duke Hospital departments across the organizational matrix. Darla currently is a member of the UNOS Operations and Safety Committee. She is a member of ITNS and AST. She completed her BSN at Clemson University in 1990 and MSN at University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1998.
