Mary Moss Chandran PharmD, BCTXP, BCPS, CPP, FAST

Mary Moss Chandran is a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner at University of North Carolina practicing in the abdominal transplant clinics. She is fortunate to have practiced as a transplant pharmacist at several large transplant programs including UNC, University of Maryland Medical Center, and Children’s Hospital of Colorado. These experiences have provided her with a keen understanding of transplant pharmacy practice, transplant transitions of care, and transplant stewardship approaches.
